By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute an electronic record within the meaning of applicable law and do not require any physical or digital signature.

  • "Lead"means the enquiry information (including your name, contact details, and Program of interest) generated when you use a "click-to-connect" or similar call-to-action ("CTA") button on a Program listing.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18 years, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for all actions taken and commitments made on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it if it changes. We may reject any registration or suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

4. Nature of the Platform

The Platform serves two distinct functions, and it is important that you understand the difference between them:

4.1 Marketplace / Facilitator Role (Program Listings)

The Platform lists Programs offered by Partners. In relation to these listings, the Company acts only as a facilitator connecting you with Partners. Depending on the listing, you may either:

(a) Purchase or enrol directlyin a Program through the Platform, in which case a separate contract of sale/enrolment is formed between you and the relevant Partner (or, where the Company sells on the Partner's behalf, between you and the Company as disclosed at checkout); or

(b) Submit an enquiry via a CTA button, in which case your Lead information is shared with, and stored in, both the Company's database and the relevant Partner's database, so that the Partner (and/or the Company) may contact you directly regarding the Program. See Section 7 (Leads and Data Sharing) below.

The Company does not control, and is not a party to, the underlying admission, enrolment, or academic relationship between you and a Partner, except to the extent the Company is separately engaged to provide Services under Section 5.

4.2 Direct Services Role (Company Services)

Separately, the Company itself may directly provide you certain Services, including but not limited to profile evaluation and building, application and counselling support, and post-admission services such as accommodation assistance and visa application support. When you engage the Company for these Services, the Company acts as a direct service provider to you (not merely a facilitator), and the terms of that engagement (including scope, fees, and deliverables) will be as separately communicated to you, subject always to these Terms.

5. Company Services (Profile Building, Application, and Post-Admission Support)

5.1 The scope of Services you have engaged the Company for will be as set out in your order form, service proposal, invoice, or equivalent communication ("Service Order"). In the event of any inconsistency between a Service Order and these Terms, the Service Order will prevail solely with respect to the scope and fees of that specific engagement.

5.2 Services such as profile building, counselling, and application support are advisory and administrative in nature. The Company does not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship, accommodation allotment, or any other outcome from any Partner or governmental/regulatory authority, all of which remain within the sole discretion of the relevant Partner, university, consulate, or authority.

5.3 For post-admission services such as accommodation or visa assistance, you acknowledge that the Company facilitates the process (e.g., liaising with accommodation providers or preparing/submitting visa documentation on your behalf) but is not the provider of the underlying accommodation or visa itself, and is not responsible for decisions made by landlords, accommodation platforms, consulates, or immigration authorities.

5.4 You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation required for the Company to perform the Services. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect the Company's ability to deliver the Services within any indicated timeline.

6. Partner Program Listings

6.1 Program details (fees, eligibility, duration, intake dates, and other particulars) are provided by Partners and displayed on the Platform for your reference. While the Company takes reasonable steps to keep listings accurate, the Company does not independently verify every detail provided by a Partner and is not responsible for any inaccuracy, omission, or change in a Partner's Program, fees, or eligibility criteria.

6.2 Any purchase or enrolment made directly with a Partner (or facilitated by the Company on a Partner's behalf) is subject to that Partner's own terms, refund policy, and admission criteria, in addition to these Terms.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify Partner listings at any time without prior notice.

Olympiad Registrations

6.4 Where the Platform enables registration for an Olympiad, the Company acts solely as a registration facilitator on behalf of the relevant Partner. The Olympiad itself — including its syllabus, conduct, evaluation, results, certificates, and rankings — is entirely controlled by the Partner. The Company does not conduct, evaluate, or issue results for any Olympiad, and is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or delivery of results, certificates, or rankings issued by the Partner.

6.5 Registration fees for an Olympiad, once submitted to the Partner (directly or through the Platform), are subject to the Partner's own refund/cancellation policy, which will be made available to you at or before the time of registration. The Company is not responsible for any change to exam dates, format, or eligibility criteria made by the Partner after your registration.

Test Prep Partners

6.6 Test prep courses and programs listed on the Platform are conducted by the relevant test prep Partner. The Company does not deliver the underlying test prep instruction and does not guarantee any score, outcome, or result from a test prep Program. Any grievance regarding the quality or delivery of test prep instruction should be raised with the concerned Partner, and the Company will reasonably assist in escalating such grievances where appropriate.

Financial Services Partners (Loans and Forex)

6.7 Where the Platform lists or facilitates introductions to Financial Services — including education loans and foreign exchange services — such services are provided by third-party banks, NBFCs, or authorised dealers ("Financial Partners"), and not by the Company. The Company is not a bank, NBFC, or authorised dealer, does not itself extend credit or deal in foreign exchange, and does not earn interest or forex margin on any such transaction beyond any referral arrangement disclosed to you.

6.8 Loan approval, sanctioned amount, interest rate, and forex rates are determined solely by the Financial Partner based on its own credit and regulatory policies. The Company does not guarantee loan approval, any specific interest rate, or any specific forex rate, and is not responsible for the Financial Partner's decisions, delays, or the terms of any loan or forex agreement you enter into.

6.9 You will be required to independently complete the Financial Partner's KYC, documentation, and compliance requirements. Any loan or forex agreement is strictly between you and the Financial Partner and is governed by that Financial Partner's own terms, subject to applicable RBI and other regulatory requirements.

Visa and Housing Services

6.10 Visa and housing/accommodation assistance may be provided either directly by the Company (as described in Section 5) or facilitated through a Partner listed on the Platform. Where facilitated through a Partner, Sections 6.1–6.3 and 12 (Third-Party Partners) apply, and the Company is not responsible for a landlord's, accommodation provider's, consulate's, or immigration authority's decisions.

AI-Generated Recommendations

6.11 The Platform may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to suggest Programs and Services (across any category in Section 1) that may be relevant to you, based on information in your profile such as your academic background, interests, and prior activity on the Platform.

6.12 These suggestions are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute advice, a guarantee of eligibility or suitability, or an endorsement that a suggested Program or Partner is the best or only option available to you. You remain solely responsible for independently verifying a Program's eligibility criteria, fees, and suitability before proceeding, whether or not it was AI-suggested.

6.13 By using the Platform, you consent to your profile information being processed for the purpose of generating such suggestions, subject to our Privacy Policy. You may contact us at support@profileleague.comto opt out of receiving AI-generated suggestions; note that opting out will not affect your ability to browse and use the Platform's other features.

7. Leads and Data Sharing

7.1 When you click a CTA button ("Enquire", "Get Details", "Talk to an Expert", or similar) on a Program listing, you expressly consent to your Lead information being stored in the Company's database andshared with, and stored in, the relevant Partner's database, so that either or both may contact you regarding that Program.

7.2 You may be contacted by the Company and/or the relevant Partner via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email in relation to your Lead. By submitting a Lead, you consent to receiving such communications for this purpose.

7.3 The Company's handling of your personal data is further governed by our Privacy Policy, available at profileleague.com/privacy. If you object to your Lead information being shared with a Partner, please do not use the CTA button, or contact us at support@profileleague.com to request removal.

8. Fees and Payments

8.1 Where a Program or Service requires payment, applicable fees will be displayed to you before you complete the purchase or engagement, inclusive of applicable taxes (GST and other cesses, as applicable) unless stated otherwise.

8.2 Payments made toward a Program listed by a Partner may, depending on the listing, be collected by the Company on the Partner's behalf, or directly by the Partner. This will be disclosed to you at the time of payment.

8.3 Fees paid for the Company's direct Services (Section 5) are as set out in your Service Order and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Service Order or as required by applicable law.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

9.1 All payments made through the Platform — whether for a Partner's Program or the Company's own Services — are non-refundable by default. The Company does not itself issue refunds except as expressly stated in a Service Order or as required by applicable law.

9.2 Notwithstanding Section 9.1, a Partner may, at its own sole discretion, choose to refund all or part of a payment made toward its Program, in accordance with that Partner's own refund/cancellation policy (which will be made available to you at or before the time of purchase). Any such refund, and its timeline and mode, is determined solely by the Partner, and the Company is not obligated to facilitate, guarantee, or expedite a Partner's refund decision.

9.3 Refunds for the Company's direct Services will be governed by the refund terms specified in your Service Order. In the absence of specific terms, fees for Services already rendered are non-refundable.

We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of any Partner's offerings, and any dispute you have with a Partner regarding a Program, admission, accommodation, or related matter is between you and that Partner.
